Elias Pet Shop focuses on the part of reptile keeping that goes wrong most often: temperature and humidity.
What we do
A terrarium can read perfectly well on one thermometer and still be wrong where the animal actually sits. Warm air rises, glass reads differently from substrate, and a probe taped to the side of the tank tells you very little.
We stock the parts that let you build a proper temperature gradient and then measure it honestly — so the animal can choose where to be, and you can prove it works.
How we choose
We judge equipment on whether it can be controlled and measured. A heat mat or ceramic emitter with nothing regulating it runs at whatever output it was built for, in whatever temperature the room happens to be — and that is how burns happen.
So we carry thermostats and controllers alongside every heat product, and we prefer digital probes over stick-on dials.
